dismal service

i just couldn’t believe how underwhelming the spa was, the water was barely warm and facilities were lacking, so not refreshing at all. also, the iron was a mini disaster, and my clothes survived on that low-quality iron—seriously! i expected a complimentary upgrade for such inconveniences, but only got excuses. never again!
